the Indian Constitution has ensured the independence of Judiciary that all the people including cast ,religion skin colour ,class gender 's all the People seen in equal view.all the people can fight for themselvesand and if they truthful then they will get to the justice. every man has a power to fight for own .constitution provide us those right which is very helpful for ourselves.everyone has a power and they always. conscious for the power it's necessary for not dominate by others.they must use their power in a proper way in a work Indian constitution has mention this in indian consitution .
