how has modern industrial development that is related with progress led to problem for humanity like environmental degradation, nuclear weapons and disease and erosion of values and social fabric

by the establishment of industries  air , water , land is getting polluted and more over becoz of industries many harmful substances are released in water which is not only harm ful for aquatic animals but also for human beings . environmental degradation is because of plastics and non degradable substances produced in industries.
