Democracy is a unique political stracture, Inwhich system is made ‘For people, By people, To people.’ People is last and only source of political power. parliament and state assembly make law and policy, that execute by state and central government.

So we see that policy making and execution start from top to botam. In this process ground level situation can’t consider porperly, Because local citizen don’t involve . He knows well about her palace, local problem, appropriate solution. so there are require a self governed system. That create decentralization in power, sorces from center to village.

This system strengthen real democracy sprit. Inwhich local people make thier progress plan of their locality and also have right to execute that’s plans. So panchyat Raj fullfills the dream of nation father mathma gandhi , “He said that sprit of india lives in villages.”
