In Tamil Nadu they could be sever water storage in staring state. SO the India Meteorological Department as decided to receive the rainfall of Tamil Nadu during the North East Manson in 2018-19 which is very less than 24% in normal rainfall on the point towards drought.  

The IMD officials will be warned to the Tamil Nadu and to serve the  water to be bear in rainfall which is very less in the year and they will be provided with water in Chennai in almost dried up.  SO the agency of the water requirements will be charge of the Metropolis.
