1.it is a detailed document it needed to be amended quite regularly to keep it update it has provision to incorporate changes from time to time this changes are called constitutional amendment
2.the constitution Lays down the procedure for choosing person to go on the country
3.it define who will have how much power to take with decision it put limits to what the government can do for providing some rights to its citizen that cannot be violated
