In Indian Constitution judiciary has given independent and more powers as compared to legislature and executive.
Election commisioner has given independent powers and once he/she will elected he/she will not be answerable to anyone.
Supreme Court has given the powers to solve the disputes between centre and state government and supreme Court is declared as the highest tier of judiciary in India.
