The meaning of Democracy is for the public by the public of the public which is given by abraham lincoln. Democracy is first started in greece and it gives a best ruling performance. Then other countries were influenced by it and they also started democracy but in some countries viz. india made some changes and added some other to it for making it much better such as five year plan. First five year plan is started in russia in socialism or communism. thus the other countries also followed it and maked necessary changes.
