From time immemorial, human beings have been hunters, food gatherers, and food collectors. Food collection was there in ancient times, as they collected fruits and nuts for managing bare minimum necessities.

Over time, jobs, working in agricultural fields, and then also in industrial and commercial spaces allowed human beings to earn money and arrange for their foods.  Human beings need proteins, carbohydrates and fats to survive.
