This line means though human beings have lived on planet earth only for twelve thousand years, yet they have created quite an unmanageable chaos on it. During these twelve thousand years, man has created villages, towns, cities, and megacities. The population has increased so much that natural resources have been severely affected. Massive burning of fossil fuels have spread a blanket of carbon dioxide in the sky of the world, giving rise global warming. If we look at the present world, especially the developing and the underdeveloped countries, it appears we are looking at a chaos.
