Hi friend,
Political parties whose influence seen in  three states can be classified as regional political parties. Most of the regional political parties function in one or two states and represent the political interests of their states. Indian National lokdal and Rastriya Janta Dal are good examples.

On the other hand, national parties have a graet base among people and their reachis in the formation of central gornment. These parties have a national agendawhich is reflected in their manifesto. They have more workers and often compete for power at regional as well as national level amongst themselves. To be recognised as a national party, a party has to secure 4 percent of the total votes cast in at least 4 different states. The Indian National Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party are examples of national parties.

But a state party is better than a  national one because the national party cant look at everyone person to person problems.the problems can be solve by the refional and state parties .the national party only order the local parties to rule and work.they have no direct role in welfare of peoples
