The marginalized communities have drawn on the fundamental rights by asking for equal treatment, equal opportunities, and the justice which every citizen of India have equal rights.

The Adivasis and minor communities are often neglected by the modern society and neglection of their areas, and demands lead to underdevelopment and other problems which these people want the government to look after and relive them of.

Answer:By insisting on their Fundamental Rights, they have drawn on these rights in two ways:

• Forced the government to recognize the injustice done to them.

• They have insisted that the government should enforce these laws.
