Δ.........Δ

(=^・ェ・^=) ELLO!!!!

IN HCL H+ has sligth positive charge and Cl- has slight negative charge.

When it's dissolved in water it dissociate the H+ ion is attracted by OH- ion of water .Therefore, it dissociates.

HCL is a polar covalent compound.......it has covalent bonds between the hydrogen and chlorine atoms.

H20 is also a polar covalent compound. the hydronium ion has slightly positive charge called delta positive inside the molecule same with the oxygen atom having slight negative charge inside the due due to difference in electronegativity.

this slightly positive charge will pull the slightly negative charge of chlorine in HCL and the slightly negative charge of oxygen will pull the hydrogen towards itself causing HCL to dissolve in water...

HOPE THIS HELPED!!! ANY DOUBTS COMMENT !!
