<p style="color:cyan;font-family:cursive;background:black;font size 25px;"> Functioning of filtering blood....

=> Blood absorbs oxygen from air in the lungs.

=> It transports the oxygen to cells throughout the body, and it removes waste carbon dioxide from the cells.

=> In the lungs, the carbon dioxide moves from the blood to the air and is exhaled.

Answer:

Explanation:

  • heart does not filter blood it supply or more appropriately pumps the blood all over the body.
  • at first  the deoxygenated blood from the body organs enter the right atrium.
  • then right aria constricts and pumps the blood into right ventrical.
  • through which it is pumped to the pulmonary artery which carries blood to the lungs for purification and gases exchange.
  • from lungs the pulmonary vein carries the purified oxygenated blood to the left atium.
  • left atrium constricts and pumps the blood to left ventricle.
  • left ventrical passes the blood to aorta which supplies oxygenated blood to every body organ.

I HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL
