There are a few things that play a role in unemployment. They are:
1. Unskilled labor
2. Not willing to work
3. More than 25% are retired
4. insufficient job opportunities
Though there are a lot of people graduate every year, they don't have sufficient knowledge about the job they avail. Some are quite lazy to work. In India there are a lot of people who are above the age of 60, either they are retired or they are too old to work.
