how how does the skin protects the our body from the entry of germs

skin forms of outer covering on our body show it protects us from sun rays, germs

Our skin usually has "SEBACEOUS GLANDS" which secret sebum ( an oily or waxy secretion) which keeps the skin oily and thus prevent the entry of germs into the body.
