by creating things like laptops which radiates harmful rays , or other things like cutting trees (deforestation) by this oxygen is decreasing which could be the end of all living organism. Or other things such as nuclear bombs, weapons, etc.

human being are creating weapons like nuclear weapons guns grenade etc to kill other humans . so in that sense we can say that humans are self destructive species
