Human body is made up of the fundamental particles of life cells ...but cells are then made up of minute particles that are atoms and as we all know all atoms have their electrons constantly routing this creates some amount of magnetism ...though it's negligible as the neighbouring atoms anhillates their magnetism .
Hence Human body is considered as a magnet .(Of a very less intensity)
