hydroponics refers to soli-less culture of plants as it is growing plants without soil so this technique can be used in those area where soil is less fertile or insufficient in addition it can be used to study different stage of plants.
2.as this technique does not use soil and hence no artificial fertilizer are required which is good for environment.
