The activity to prove that hydrotropism is stronger is as follows-

1.Take two beakers A and B and fill each of them with two-third with soil.

2.Put the seedling in both A and B and in B place a clay pot inside the soil.

3.Water the soil in beaker A daily but do not water beaker B instead put some water in clay pot of beaker B.

4.Leave both the beaker for few days.

5.Later it was found that in beaker A roots grow normally straight and in beaker B roots grow towards the water.
