how i can prepare for iit in class 8 or9?

Well, the real think to do in 8 or 9 is to study the syllabus of that class, and understand all the concepts of science ( physics and chemistry) and maths. Because, this is the basic concept of IIT.
Based on this there are some higher studies you need to do.
