How i could i get relief from tension . due to tension I am not able to study about tomorrow paper .Please mate help me or give me tips to be calm.

First of all u drink a glass of energy water.Take an half glass of water in that add few drops of lime juice and pinch of salt and sugar.After drinking take a bath and now read the text completely and the main points take a break for each hour.
