If you are not able to mark someone as brainliest,I know the solution.

When you open the brainly app,There are 5 to 6 steps you should complete.(Like create name,avatar etc).

If you complete all of them,then you will be able to mark someone as brainliest.(It worked for me)

The last step is scan a photo of your question.
