how i study with full concentration bcz when i study my concentration was brake

Find a quite workspace away from others , I plan to study for 20-25 minutes then I take a break of 5 minutes, Don't keep rereading the same notes,

so medidation is best way to concentrate on ur stduies as well as memory power enhances .
try to focus on breathe when ur dng meditatiom nothing more thoughts upon ur breath shld come

read the concept as first u r seeing it . u don't know abt it , go into deeper and get the result .


mind also have a time limit after that it gets starting strain so make some gap when reading and in that Gap play , sing or what ever u like
