Global warming is an increase in the amount of carbon- dioxide( co2) in the atmosphere. Carbon dioxide in important also as it traps heat and prevents earth from becoming too cold at night. But more than needed amount is not good and it leads to global warming.
Impacts are:-
Glaciers and ice caps are melting.
Temperature is rising.
Climate is affected. Unpredictable monsoon is an evidence.
Increased rainfall and floods in some regions while droughts in some regions.
Ozone hole leading to many cancers.
