how important is marks in your life varies from every person.
some may think that people who are clever score good marks coz it is easy for them to study the syllabus.
some may think that irrespective of scoring less marks, the person can be clever.
in our country marks are imp to get good job and a better lifestyle. in our country many think that only the intelligent ones are good scorers, which is not true.
intelligence is a broad concept, a person might be clever in studies but not be talented in other fields, so only marks cannot determine an individual's talent.
but yes to get admission in a good college, to have better job, to make our parents proud, to show the society how intelligent we are, marks is mandate in our country

as the total is for 90 marks in english we write our sa exam for 70 so to get 90 we hav asl and listening skills for each 10 marks so for a1 asl is vvv important
