Most of these etiquettes are followed while we are in the gym.
- Do not be hesitant of asking anything to the trainer of the gym about the right way to do a particular exercise.
- We should properly keep the types of equipment of the gym in the right place after using it.
- We should bring our own water bottle and towel while we will visit the gym for doing the exercises.
- We should take proper cleaning after we return home from the gym. It will fresh both our body and mind.
