The agriculture system of England changed dramatically in 18th and 19th century. The rich farmers enclosed lands and pressures the Parliament to pass the Enclosure Acts, which helped in promoting grain production.
The landlords sliced up pasturelands carved up open fields, cut up forest common and turned large areas into agricultural fields. In addition to it they began growing turnip and clover, which increased nitrogen content of soil. Practice of crop rotation also helped increasing soil fertility thus increasing production of foodgrains

When in Britain population increase then the landlord pressure the government to set up corn laws .... through this import of food will get stop and there is get shorteg of food grain .....then people were pressure to government to widral this law and... finally government removed this law and Russian ,Us,etc export the food grain to Britain ..in low cost which there home farmer get infected to this chip price of food grain.....they will stop to cultivate there land because it was more price than the buy the food grain from Britain...they fill it was totally low and suddenly they moved to town for finding any work....for them...
