Greater competition among producers, advantage to the consumers, particularly well-off sections in urban areas.

Greater choice , improved quality , lower prices - as a result people enjoy higher standards of living.

Among producers and workers , the impact has not been uniform.

Several top India companies have benefited from increased competition, have invested in newer technology and production methods and have raised from their production standards.

Hope this helps!!

beulah7: Hey two more points

Globalisation has enabled some large Indian companies to emerge as MNCs themselves.[ex:Tata Motors , Infosys(IT)]

Has also created new opportunities for companies providing services like IT, data entry , accounting.etc.

Hope this helps!!
