The process to make community participation is,

1. We need to find the people who are working for same cause.

2. We need to find the people with same mission and vision.

3. We need promote each and every individual to voice their thoughts about a problem.

4. We need to appreciate a member with good ideas.

5. We need the members in the group to make a plan or strategy to solve a problem or reach the goal easily.
