How industrial development leads to distrubance of ecological balance

yes,it is true that most of ecology disturbance are with industries ,we are all knowing that the population of India is increasing very rapidly, and so to make shelter they CT trees. for work and business they cut trees and so thats why we are not getting pre oxygen . indstries produce smoke and our environment gets polluted . industries throw their waste products in river and thats why animal do not get fresh water and hence they die.

Industrial development requires uses of resources and minerals on large scale.
Often this use is not very economical & there are large amount of wastage in terms of byproducts & endproducts.
Not only has the extraction of resources but using them for further processing also cause pollution.
