how ink get filled in a fountain pen due to atmospheric pressure

When you press the tube inside the fountain pen, there gets a vacuum created in the tube which makes the ink to get in the tube as the atmospheric pressure is greater (1 bar ) than the vacuum (negative pressure) so in this way due to atmospheric force ink gets filled
