This is question is easy.

=>2/10=2

=>two/ten

=>wo/en (t gets cancelled)

=>We know that 'W' is the 23rd letter and 'O' is the 15th letter in alphabetical series.

and

'E' and 'N' are 5th and 14th respectively.

So, the question becomes:-

wo/en=(23+15)/(5+14)

=38/19

=2

Hence proved that 2/10=2
