Differences between Bcterial and Human cells are quite a many.
A bacterial cell is a PROKARYOTIC CELL(pro-primitive ,karyon-nucleus..cells with unorganized nucleus i.e.without nuclear membrane)
While Human cells are EUKARYOTES.(well defined nucleus)
Genetic Material lies free in the NUCLEOID region in Bacterial cell.
Genetic Material lies in the NUCLEUS which seperated by a membrane from the cytoplasm in Human Cells
Bacterials cells are much smaller than Human Cells.
Cell Division occurs by AMITOSIS in Bacterial cells.
Cell Division by MITOSIS and MEIOSIS(in gametes) in Human Cells.
Bacterial cells have Cell Wall.
Human cells do not have it.
70 's' type ribosomes are found in Bacterial cells.
80 's' type ribosomes are found in Human cells.
Bacterial cell under goes to form capsule(CYST) which is resistant to harsh condition of drought and temperature. Can give back live bacteria in good conditions.
No such cyst can be seen.
Bacterial cell is immortal. It never dies unlesssterilized. Divides for new offspring’s. Even in harsh conditions it tries to survive as spore form.
Human cell is mortal.
Bacterial Cell is isolated and Independent. It survives as an individual on its own.
Human cells are in a group and not isolated. It is dependent on other cells for survival.
