how is a bacterial cell different from Amoeba in terms of cellular arrangement

bacterial cell is prokaryotic without definite nucleus but amoeba is an eukaryote and has a defined nucleus

Amoeba is a single celled organism having no definite shape, it lacks internal organs. Whereas, bacteria are prokaryotic microorganism, they do not have membrane bound organelles in their cytoplasm and therefore contain very few large intracellular structures.
