Onion Cell and Bacterial Cell. It is a eukaryotic cell.It is a prokaryotic cell.It has a well developed nucleus.Nucleus is not present. It has several membrane bound organelles. No membrane bound organelles are present.DNA is present inside nucleus.Circular DNA is present in cytoplasm.Plant cell usually has large vacuoles to retain water inside which keeps the cell rigid. Otherwise the cell becomes flaccid. The mechanism that is responsible here is Osmosis. The water that is present inside the vegetables comes out as the solute concentration outside increases by adding salt in it. i hope it helpful for u plzzz marks as brillant answer.
