How is a crocodile mouth adapted for feeding?

On the top of the crocodile's snout is its nostrils, eyes, and ears, so that it can submerge most of its body but still be able to track potential prey. As well, they have a flange that closes in their throat, enabling crocodiles to eat without in taking water
