Explanation:

Saving your slides as a . ppsx file - a PowerPoint Show - is usually the best option, because it opens the PPT up in Presentation View right away. This looks SO much more professional than the default . pptx PowerPoint file, which opens in edit view, revealing your notes if you have them, and the first few slides

or

  • Under Save presentations, in the Save files in this format list, choose the file format you want to use by default.

  • Under Save presentations, in the Save files in this format list, choose the file format you want to use by default.

Explanation:

  • We can save the file as type PowerPoint Show rather than saving as type Presentation. By doing so, we will not suppose to start the presentation show to view the presentation.
  • We can just double click on the file and the presentation show will get started automatically.
  • In order to save the file as PowerPoint Show, we have to save it under ‘Save As’ and the select the type ‘PowerPoint Show’ (because the original file has been already saved).
