foreigner is a person who doesn't live in india with respect to india this foreigner lives outside india with respect to india while indian citizen live in india foreigner are usually better than indian

A foreigner is a person who comes from his/her home country to any other country. Foreigner is also known as alien is a person who is not a citizen or permanent resident of that country . A foreigner is someone from another country . Example - An American person visiting India is a foreigner.

Indian citizen -

According to the Indian Citizenship Act - 1955

Any person who born in India between January 26th 1950 and 1st July 1987 is a citizen of India by birth . Any person who born in India between July 1st 1987 and December 3rd 2004 is a Indian citizen if either his/her parent was a citizen of India at the time of the birth. Any person who born in India on or after December 3rd 2004 is regarded as a Indian citizen by birth if both the parents or one of parents is a citizen of India . Not only by birth, but also there are different ways to be a Indian citizen such as - By Descent, By Registration, By Naturalization.
