How is a neutralization reaction different from a single displacement reaction?

Neutralization reaction is some whet like double displacement reaction.

For ex: HCl⁺ NaOH-----> H2O⁺ NaCl

In this reaction we can see the exchange of ions.But in displacement reaction a more reactive element displaces a less reactive element.

For ex: CuSO4⁺ Zn-----> ZnSO4⁺ Cu
