a passenger flying in an airplane is at rest with respect to the other passengers in airplane as they are not moving from one place to another they are just sitting on their seats but they are in motion with respect to the airplane as the air plane is moving from one place to another and the passengers are also moving as they are in airplane so we can say that a person can be at rest and the motion at the same time ...
