Answer ⇒ The Time Period of the Pendulum is affected. (It will DECREASES)

We know the Relation,

T =  \frac{1}{2 \pi }  \sqrt{ \frac{l}{g} }
where,
T = Time Period of the Pendulum.
g = Acceleration due to gravity.
l = length of the Pendulum.

From this Relation, We can says that,
 Time Period  ∝ 1/g

This means that If the acceleration due to gravity will increases then the Time Period of the Pendulum will Decreases and if the acceleration due to gravity will decreases then the Time period of the Pendulum will Increases.

Since, Acceleration due to gravity is maximum at the Poles(i.e., North or the south poles) , therefore, Time Period of the Pendulum will Decreases.

Hope it helps.
