Both Presidential form of government and Parliamentary form of government, is of democratic. These forms allow the people to elect their representatives and allow the people to enjoy sovereignty. They can overrule and get rid of their leaders. The people who elect their representatives are the members of the legislative branch. The difference between the two forms are United States has a presidential government where United Kingdom has a parliamentary government.
