Prokaryotic cells:- The cells which do not have well differentiated nuclear membrane surrounding the nucleus are known as prokaryotic cells.
Example:- Amoeba
Eukaryotic cells:- The cells which have well differentiated nuclear membrane surrounding the nucleus are called eukaryotic cells.
Example:- Humans and animals.
