How is a rational number converted to its decimal form? What is the decimal form of 2/9? Can you predict the decimal form of 3/9, If so how do you do this!

2/9 =.22...
3/9=1/3=0.33...
...mean so on
if you add . to quintet a 0 is added to number
i.e.2/9
I added a point to quintet
2/9=.=20/9=
9*2 =18 and if there is a point I can add another one 0 and reminder is again 2 so it continues to infinity
