A sharp image is formed if all the light which leaves point B on the object arrives at the same point on the retina B′. So all the rays in the cone of light with apex B′ shown in the diagram arrive at the same point on the retina B′.

Answer:

When you place an object in front of a mirror, you see an image of the same object in the mirror. The object is the source of the incident rays, and the image is formed by the reflected rays. An image formed by reflection may be real or virtual.
