Answer:

Strong acids and strong bases refer to species that completely dissociate to form ions in solution. By contrast, weak acids and bases ionize only partially, and the ionization reaction is reversible.

HI SISO/ BRO

A STRONG ACID IS AN ACID THAT COMPLETELY IONISES IN WATER TO FORM HYDROIUM IONS. A WEAK ACID IS A ONE THAT DOESNT COMPLETELY IONISE.

A WEAK BASE IS THE ONE THAT DOESNT COMPLETELY DISSOCIATE IN WATER AND A STRONG BASE IS A ONE THAT DOES.

TALKIN ABT DILUTE OR CONC:

A DILUTE ACID IS A ONE THAT HAS MORE WATER CONTENT AND A WEAK ONE HAS LESSER WATER CONTENT/ WATER TO ACID RATIO DETERMINES THIS OVERALL.

AND SAME FOR BASE.
