How is a strong acid/ base, weak acid/base, dilute acid /base or concentrated acid / base ; same or different? ​

Strong acids/bases dissociate completely whereas weak acids/bases dissociate partially.

A concentrated acid is an acid which is in either pure form or has a high concentration. Laboratory type sulfuric acid (about 98% by weight) is a concentrated (and strong) acid. A dilute acid is that in which the concentration of the water mixed in the acid is higher than the concentration of the acid itself.

they are different as we use ph scale for them... to check their acidic and basic behaviour we can determine them as if they have ph value lower than 7 then the solution is acidic and if more than 7 it have basic nature of solution but if ph value lies at 7 then it have neutral type of solution
