F=ma

where

m-> mass

a-> acceleration

F=mv²/r

where

m->mass

v->velocity

r->radius

=>ma = mv²/r

Hence,

a=v²/r.

....

When it comes to CBSE and Tamil Nadu State Board,this is not a Class 9 portion but Class 11 portion.

if

a is acceleration

v final velocity

we know that

v2+u2=2as

if distance cover is r/2

and initially at rest

u=0

so

v2=2ar/2

a=v2/r
