AIDS is an infectious deseases whereas cancer is a non infectious disease.AIDS spread by sexual contact or infected blood transfusion....
the population of our country is decreased by contraceptive methods, using barrier methods during sexual contact like condoms femidoms etc..and using oral pills which acts as spermicides....
