Ammonia gas easily liquefies at a temperature of -28 degree Fahrenheit due to strong hydrogen bonds and by applying the following additional conditions:

a. Increasing the pressure to get a very compacted form of the gas .

b. Decreasing the temperature to further form the liquid form of it.

By applying these conditions Ammonia can be easily liquefies.

Ammonia gas is a colourless gas with a distinct pungent smell and is lighter than air. It is alkaline in nature.
